The agent completed all of the work in the time stated. He took ample time explaining how to use the remote start. When a minor error was noticed he quickly fixed it and ensured that everything worked as needed. Great work!!!

This has nothing to do with the installer. The sales men sold me the wrong remote starter for my car. I had by the remote start off of Amazon because they didn't have the right one in stocks.

reasonably priced, got right in works everytime. Will upgrade the remote tho

I bought my daughter a remote starter at Best Buy for her car for Christmas and brought it in to Geek Squad for installation. I handed Agent Olsen the key. He looked at the key fob and asked me when we bought her car. I said “6 months ago, why?” He said, “because your daughter’s car already has remote start on it” and he showed me the button on her fob. I was surprised because she was never told about it from the dealership. Agent Olsen said they get customers all the time bringing in remote starts for their vehicles, not knowing their car already has it. The day before, they had 2! Not only did he refund my purchase of the unneeded remote start and install fee, he also took the time to show me how to work her remote start that was already installed in her car. I appreciated his honesty and time for showing me how to work something when he didn’t have to.

The work was done professionally and in a timely matter. I've been going to Best Buy for many years and will continue to have all of my car installations done there. They stand behind their product in their work.

Awesome job on the installation of my radio and backup camera in Mt Juliet. Had to do a swap out due to the design of the faceplate and radio. Went to a different radio and the guys made me a priority. Well Done!! and Thank you
