GS couldn't get the power hatch functions to operate once the remote start system was installed... I was told there was nothing to be done about it. Overall, they were quick and friendly.

I was told my system would take approximately an hour to install. I left on a walk and was called 50 mins later and advised he had completed one of the vehicles. (I had it installed on 2 vehicles). It was clean and professionally done.

Best Buy has a well established policy of doing installs in vehicles and they stand behind their work.

I’ve had Geek Squad install two of my new appliances in my home and a remote starter in my vehicle. They have done quality work each time. All the employees have been kind and respectful.

I was nervous because unless you have someone qualified they can screw this up and it interferes with other aspects of your vehicle. Pedro did an excellent job, took his time explaining all the features and everything works as it should!!

Agent installed my remote start in my pick up. Every thing was clean and well installed. Took a little longer than anticipated but he was new and still learning. Over all I am very happy with the job performed.
