Oh my goodness! I drop my car off! For installation on a remote starter! I came back they explained everything to me! How to start it add it to my phone! They was all around awesome crew.

The geek squad audio technician very professional and did a great job installing my CD player and my car alarm and it got it done quicker than he thought he would thanks for everything.

Arrived for my appointment and within the hour was told the remote start was installed and the car was ready to go. Using the in store pick up option when I scheduled the appointment made sure they had the kit in store in time for my appointment. Very polite and fast service. Very great price to add remote start to a vehicle. The remote works very well and the range is good.

I bought this as a gift for my 17 year old son for his Dodge Charger and he loves it. Performs as indicated.

Technician installed remote start with security add-on, but had issues getting the security add-on working. They scheduled me to return a few weeks later to troubleshoot then after I dropped off the second time, and within 30 minutes he called and wanted to reschedule a third time because tech support isn’t available on Sundays (he’s the one who scheduled for Sunday). I asked him to please try troubleshoot the issue and suggested he re-flash the unit. He agreed and sure enough he was able to get it working. In the end, it all worked out, but processed was not as seamless as it should have been.

Installed in less than 2 hours and ready for pickup!
