Installation took much longer than anticipates but the staff stayed over to make sure it was done that day!

The gentleman that installed the remote start was very nice and extremely efficient. He had it done in an hour and I was on my way home. He did a great job.

Dropped vehicles off for install in morning, glad I did not wait... They were short handed during Covid19. I picked vehicles up after several hours later. Install team did an okay job but was a little sloppy in leaving things in vehicle or not hiding wiring good. Overall it was an okay job. The management at The Highland's Best Buy do a great job in customer satisfaction when there is a problem. That really earned my business and will have me coming back
