He was very polite and helpful. The installation was completed within the time frame I was given

I have never had any problems and I just bought a new car and I will be back for their service! The best in town hands down ! I am very happy !

Geek Squad is the best

Had to drive an hr to another store (in another state, because they were booked for weeks in my area) but worth the drive. Great service.

Management at The Highland's Best Buy Great Job

They were short handed during Covid19. I picked vehicles up after several hours later. Install team did an okay job but was a little sloppy in leaving things in vehicle or not hiding wiring good. Overall it was an okay job. The management at The Highland's Best Buy do a great job in customer satisfaction when there is a problem. That really earned my business and will have me coming back
