The install took longer then they had it timed for so had to sit and wait but it was no problem as it was installed perfectly and looks and works great.

the installation was great. The installers were courteous. My problem was with accomodations. I am a disabled elderly person. I called before even buying and asked if there was a waiting area for me to wait, I was told yes. I get there they take me to the store floor and tell me I could wait by the Geek Squad area or TV area. I chose TV because it was closer. They give me a high hard stool to sit on while I waited 3 hours! Very uncomfortable! Not happy about that at all! I won;t be having anything else installed there!

Ryan carter did a great job with the install. My nissan factory key fobs also start vehicle. The viper remote works, and also the app (free account). Range is a little limited, but may upgrade viper remote to a 1 mile model. Installer super knowledgeable, friendly, fast. Sandusky, oh installed mine.

I like when installers take pride in their work. On my first car with same install at different location, install was nicely organized and concealed, couldn’t even tell which was factory without digging into deeper, however, my recent install could’ve been better. I looked below dash and saw connectors and wires dangling, there was even an unprotected, unsecured wire going thru firewall. Although probably a small possibility, foot can get wrapped in it one day. Debating weather to just fix it my self or wait for another appt a month away.

Not enough stars to rate my installer. He was informative, friendly and fast. Explained the way it works with device that came with my car!!
