Purchased and had best buy install viper remote start. They did an excellent job and had my car back to me when they said they would. Would definitely do again.

Installation was quick and easy, I thought it would take a few hours. It was much less and I got to watch TV in the home theater area of the Best Buy store in Union New Jersey. Customer service was fantastic. Show me how to use the long distance fob along with the regular key fob for the remote starter I purchased. My daughter has only used it since Christmas so if possible, I will update this further on the actual product.

Installation service was great. My installer was friendly and very knowledgeable! He was quick to get it installed. I couldn’t even tell he had installed it.

Great job on the installation. 4ish hours to install is a fast time to install something so complex. Dropped it off and had it the same day. Very convenient.
