Not in stock, paid in advance ,10 day wait. Appointment made when arrived. Tech to install called me morning of install, reports item did not arr as reported. Tech Ann I agreed to cancel and returned my money , Disappointed but Tech was very nice & Professional. I Wii buy again

I had my vehicle in to have automatic car starter installed. Went in on time and was done on time. Tech was excellent and explained how everything worked.

Installations was professional and thorough. He went over everything before and after installation.

The agent connected the remote start to my car. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond to made sure it worked properly.

Installation was quick and easy, I thought it would take a few hours. It was much less and I got to watch TV in the home theater area of the Best Buy store in Union New Jersey. Customer service was fantastic. Show me how to use the long distance fob along with the regular key fob for the remote starter I purchased. My daughter has only used it since Christmas so if possible, I will update this further on the actual product.

After a few minor set-backs the installation went smooth.

Best Buy messed up on a Cyber Monday Deal and I had to make a few calls before successfully handling the situation. All good now and the product works as advertised. 10/10 would recommend.

The installation went well, the technician seemed to know what he was doing. He left a couple pieces of wire on the floor but besides that excellent.

Remote start installation took 45 minutes on a 2014 ACURA TL. Works perfect. 5 STARS!!!!
