Tom was great and he was very professional, he explained to me everything i should know about the remote starter and the smart start add-on. Everything work as it should.

Not very happy with this process. I just got home from the second attempt to have my remote start installed in my truck. It is still not installed. The first trip I took half a day off work and was at the store for four hours to not have the system installed. Todays trip I will not hold against the installer as he found the problem with the t harness pretty quick but had to order another harness and now schedule a third trip for install. So with that it will probably be 6 weeks after initial purchase before the install is complete. Hopefully there are no more issues found on the next trip.

Agent had an issue with another product not working correctly with my vehicle and he fixed it with little to no issue at all.
