The installation of remote start was smooth until I got home and started having issues with it. I had to go back to Best buy twice for them to try to fix it. Had issues with it since the day I got it. No longer have this vehicle no longer have the problem or headache of dealing with it

I LOVE my Totaltech membership. For Christmas I got my wife and kids remote starts for their cars. A pretty expensive gift, but the install was as much as the Start. Again - Totaltech to the rescue - free installation on all remote starts! My wife never gets into a hot or cold car - and when everyone else is freezing or sweating - she remembers I love her enough to make sure she's comfortable. It's the gift that keeps on giving!

Beside the radio installation, I had a back up camera installed! I regret Best Buy installing that , because it is sticking out and it’s on the top of my license plate ! Not Acurate! Pointing way too high and it can not be adjusted! I noticed there was a hole where the camera was supposed to be installed, but the technician must of missed it ! If it rains , the camera is useless because it is sticking out too far !

We were able to get an appointment quickly so that we could surprise my husband. They were quick and professional and the product works the way it’s supposed to.
