Really satisfied with the install and the extremely nice and knowledgeable tech that explained everything what this remote start will do.

We scheduled the installation of the remote start system for our vehicle at the Best Buy Outlet in Pineville, on the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Geek Squad was on top of it. It took them less than three hours to install, and the rep we worked with was great in demonstrating how the system works. We really appreciated the great customer service Geek Squad gave us with this installation!

They are excellent! The tech support did my car in 45 minutes and set my original keys to start the engine as well!

You have to have this kit in order to use remote start so I would say it’s great

I LOVE my Totaltech membership. For Christmas I got my wife and kids remote starts for their cars. A pretty expensive gift, but the install was as much as the Start. Again - Totaltech to the rescue - free installation on all remote starts! My wife never gets into a hot or cold car - and when everyone else is freezing or sweating - she remembers I love her enough to make sure she's comfortable. It's the gift that keeps on giving!

The girl that did my installation was so friendly and very professional her name is Ashley , she called ahead and told me how long it was gonna take and to let me know I needed a harness and made sure she had it in store by the time of my appt,she took her time explaining how the device worked and answered all my question very politely . I have had two appts there and both times I’ve had her do the installation and the service was the same on both installations ,

Had to make an appointment 2 weeks out. The want professional and knowledgeable. He was also helpful by teaching me how to operate.

The guys did great job, took awhile to get appointment there because they where backed up. But once they got it they work on it quick.

The Geek Squad installed our remote starter and even gave us an extra one he had on hand. We love it! It's been great in cold and hot weather!
