||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After finally making it to my appointment as I was super upset that during all my emails and confirmations no one bothered to tell me I needed both key phobs so 35 minutes into my drive to Tulsa I live in Muskogee i I had to turn around which made me late. But the manager in charge was very friendly and he was the one who had caught the mishap so glad he did or it would of been a wasted trip and time for me.

I was sent reminders of appointment and what to bring with me. We were greeted promptly by Tim J and he was already aware of what I needed done. My remote start was installed in timely manner as promised and was called when done. Tim J. took us out to my car and got an explanation & demonstration. Then, made sure I understood and answered my questions. I have already told my friends & family what a great experience I had with installation!!
