Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agents not only installed my remote starter, they made sure all of my questions where answered and took the time without rushing me. This was by far one of the best customer service experience at a Best Buy! Their customer service helped me change my mind about a real sour situation I had at Bailey’s Crossing. Thanks to these team, they gained a loyal customer(fan) of Geek squad agents. Not to say that I saved a few $100’s by purchasing my remote stater @ Best Buy and having installed by Geek Squad professionals instead of taking it to Honda!

COMPUSTAR remote install

I was in and out in no time. The Geek tech explained to me to the "T" on how to operate it and it's fairly simple to use the remote start for my car
