I was sent reminders of appointment and what to bring with me. We were greeted promptly by Tim J and he was already aware of what I needed done. My remote start was installed in timely manner as promised and was called when done. Tim J. took us out to my car and got an explanation & demonstration. Then, made sure I understood and answered my questions. I have already told my friends & family what a great experience I had with installation!!

This was by far one of the best customer service experience at a Best Buy! Their customer service helped me change my mind about a real sour situation I had at Bailey’s Crossing. Thanks to these team, they gained a loyal customer(fan) of Geek squad agents. Not to say that I saved a few $100’s by purchasing my remote stater @ Best Buy and having installed by Geek Squad professionals instead of taking it to Honda!
