Installation was easy to set up appointment and they installed on time and within a very short time frame.

They installed my remote start in with no hassle and we’re very nice on explaining how the product worked.

agent did the job done beautifully. Plus he was very pleasant and was very clear in explaining what was to be done.

They called out of work, and sent a text telling me to show up for my appointment at 2 30, I went in a bad storm and they were not there. I had even called to make sure they would be there and was told they were there. They sent back my starter and only refunded me 200 of the 330 I paid. I spent another 2 hours to get my full amount returned to me, so I am out a day of work, and a 4 and a half hour round trip and I still have no car starter. I am still upset! And they did not care, so sad, to bad. Do not ever shop here! That is my advice.

This harness was necessary to install my remote start on my 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 it worked well

When my installation was put in, the tech did not show me how to work it. He didn't even give me the instruction that came with the box. I still do not know how to use my remote start and had to order instructions from the manufacturer. The fact that i had to travel 40 minutes away to get it installation wasn't good, because the service at the Belair location was not as I expected to be.
