Great experience

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the remote start with installation from the Geek Squad for my sons car, a 2008 Chevy impala. I arrived to my appointment, finding the door at this Best Buy was a little confusing. I called the store got the technician & he opened the door so I knew s we’dhere to go. He explained the install & how long it would take. I got my call pretty much exactly when he said it would be. At pick up he explained how to operate the remote start & it works great!

Two for my daughter for her two cars and two for my son-in-law, one for his old car and a new one, which will be a Christmas gift, for his new car. The Best Buy installers have done great work in the past and I am sure that they will do the same for my son-in-law. He already has an appointment. I do like that they provided me with the accessories that he will need such as this T-Harness.

Remote Start in my Infiniti Q60S Convertible

Additionally, while I failed to inform Keith of an aftermarket change I had made that used the factory key fob, he will be reworking my factory fob to restore the aftermarket functionality. Very, very satisfied, especially with the customer service. Thank you, Keith
