I arrived to my appointment, finding the door at this Best Buy was a little confusing. I called the store got the technician & he opened the door so I knew s we’dhere to go. He explained the install & how long it would take. I got my call pretty much exactly when he said it would be. At pick up he explained how to operate the remote start & it works great!

Two for my daughter for her two cars and two for my son-in-law, one for his old car and a new one, which will be a Christmas gift, for his new car. The Best Buy installers have done great work in the past and I am sure that they will do the same for my son-in-law. He already has an appointment. I do like that they provided me with the accessories that he will need such as this T-Harness.

He even showed me how to pair my phone to the app to start my car via Bluetooth
