Remote Start in my Infiniti Q60S Convertible

Additionally, while I failed to inform Keith of an aftermarket change I had made that used the factory key fob, he will be reworking my factory fob to restore the aftermarket functionality. Very, very satisfied, especially with the customer service. Thank you, Keith

Remote start installation

Needed to make another appointment one of my key fobs wasn't programmed. I understand all bestbuy calls are being taken by one 800 number. Total absolute frustration seemed to put back in the phone options every time after I spoke with someone also tried scheduling online and spoke with a live agent 45 minutes to get an appointment. So very frustrating

Multiple trips to get equipment installed sucks.

I just got home from the second attempt to have my remote start installed in my truck. It is still not installed. The first trip I took half a day off work and was at the store for four hours to not have the system installed. Todays trip I will not hold against the installer as he found the problem with the t harness pretty quick but had to order another harness and now schedule a third trip for install. So with that it will probably be 6 weeks after initial purchase before the install is complete. Hopefully there are no more issues found on the next trip.
