Compustar installation

My installer was friendly and got right to it as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. It took about 2-3 hours so you'll want to have a backup ride or a plan to do lots of laps around the Best Buy store. He called when it was finished and walked me through the new remotes and all the features.

Need Help.

Please Help? I wish i could afford a another membership but its not in my budget yet.☹

Squad needs to be more informative

However i believe the install crew need to be a little more informative and instructional to educate the customer as far as setting up and actually using the product. And not leave the store guessing what they needed to get done.
