Alarm install

I couldnt leave this truck over night so he had to stay late. It took over 4 hrs to install and it was past close. You need to do a better job of scheduling these jobs for your team and customers. A 4 hour wait is kinda out of line

Squad needs to be more informative

However i believe the install crew need to be a little more informative and instructional to educate the customer as far as setting up and actually using the product. And not leave the store guessing what they needed to get done.
