Product is Great, but Tech was rude, bad install.

Install wise the Tech was absolutely terrible, I asked for a general time estimate and he spoke as if I had nothing better to do and he was the only busy person in the world. Next I call a few hours after dropping off my vehicle to see how far hes gotten, just so I could make adjustments to my own schedule which isn't a big deal for me. He got angry saying he couldn't do my install before others... I never told him to ever do my work before anyone else's.... just asked how long. Even at pick up he was condescending, his assistant was really polite however. Lastly he damaged the clips for the plastic housing of the under side of the steering column, to where it gets loose and the steering wheel grinds on it.

Posted .When it comes to car electronics, we’ve found our Clients typically prefer professional installation, which is why Best Buy has our Geek Squad Autotechs available. These individuals are certified to complete many services, and should always be doing so in a polite and professional manner. I am sorry if your interaction at your local Best Buy was anything less than pleasant. The best way to ensure this is properly addressed, would be to speak to a member of the management team at that location. It sounds like we may need to take a second look at the vehicle, and I’ve provided a link that you can use to schedule a time that will work best for you. We certainly want to ensure everything is installed properly, and when you are at the store, you can discuss the interaction you experienced during your previous visit.

1 month and no remote start

Geek squard installed my remote start

Talked me into the better remote start and suggested the drone module for phone start. Worked with me when had to reschedule installation.

No one would answer the phone

But trying to get the install scheduled is a pain in the a— . Tried to call several times to get it done and after an hour waiting for some one to answer or pick up the phone I think I’ll take the product back and go somewhere else to get it done

Remote starter

Got my remote starter in and now with that plus the all wheel drive I wouldn't go any other way

Went and got a new battery immediately. My window quit working. Thought it was from the starter install. Took it back and the installer explained how it needed to be reset after new battery put in. He was very pleasant and helpful.
