Pleased with the installation. My battery was going bad and they informed me. Went and got a new battery immediately. My window quit working. Thought it was from the starter install. Took it back and the installer explained how it needed to be reset after new battery put in. He was very pleasant and helpful.

The tech was very knowledgeable and did the installation professionally.

The agent installed my remote starter into the car and I'm very happy with the service I received. I like the remotes. Different from ones I've had before. The functions of remote are great and I really like the fact that it starts up from 3000 ft away and I'm notified on the remote that it actually started.

Had some issues with remote start pairing with factory alarm but they worked through it and were willing to consult with outside sources to remedy the issue. Had to make a second trip back but they resolved the issue and couldn’t be happier. Have had other car audio and security install with Best Buy and am always satisfied with the service
