Went and got a new battery immediately. My window quit working. Thought it was from the starter install. Took it back and the installer explained how it needed to be reset after new battery put in. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Had to make a second trip back but they resolved the issue and couldn’t be happier. Have had other car audio and security install with Best Buy and am always satisfied with the service

Great features on remote

I like the remotes. Different from ones I've had before. The functions of remote are great and I really like the fact that it starts up from 3000 ft away and I'm notified on the remote that it actually started.

Geek squard installed my remote start

Talked me into the better remote start and suggested the drone module for phone start. Worked with me when had to reschedule installation.

Texted me for my appt, but they all called out
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They called out of work, and sent a text telling me to show up for my appointment at 2 30, I went in a bad storm and they were not there. I had even called to make sure they would be there and was told they were there. They sent back my starter and only refunded me 200 of the 330 I paid. I spent another 2 hours to get my full amount returned to me, so I am out a day of work, and a 4 and a half hour round trip and I still have no car starter. I am still upset! And they did not care, so sad, to bad. Do not ever shop here! That is my advice.
