Geek squad was a disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did not ask me how long I wanted to have the car running for before shutting off (he chose the wrong amount), did not setup for the trunk to be able to open, now I have to open my car door and open it with the trunk release.

They installed my starter sooner than they estimated and they walked me through all the features of my new car starter. This was my first time using Best Buy to install something in my car, but I'd easily recommend this service to other people.

The Geek Squad was amazing!
