They did what they said they were going to do in the amount of time that they said it would take. They thoroughly explained how to use the remote starter. Very satisfied.

Sad Day

We had to drive an hour (one way) from home to Temple and leave the truck. Then got a call to find out they were not able to install the Viper. So another hour trip back to pick it up. Did not have a good feeling when I got the call to confirm my appointment because they did not sound too sure over the phone about installing it. Kinda disappointed since it was my sons graduation gift.

Quick and professional service

They installed my starter sooner than they estimated and they walked me through all the features of my new car starter. This was my first time using Best Buy to install something in my car, but I'd easily recommend this service to other people.

I have reached them several times for my wireless router and even for my new wireless headset compatibility issues with Microsoft teams. They have always been able to resolve my issues quick and permanently. Now, i have one less thing to worry.
