Remote Start Installation - Surprise

I discovered by accident, while trying to trouble shoot why the car was starting by itself that the tech had programmed the car key fobs to start the car also by pressing the lock button 3 times. It was a nice surprise, but the tech failed to tell me.

Unfortunately for the customers like myself is that your business is so great with great prices and products that the wait for any installations are really long. Looking forward to getting it done.

Horrible contact availability

The problem was that he text the wrong number and I spent hours on the phone trying to get through to anyone in the store. If you try the extension for the install department it goes straight to voicemail, there is no return call. The installer says he doesn't even have a phone back there so he has no idea where all the calls go to? This is a Horrible phone tree system. Trying to get any information on the picking up my car was impossible to get a person on the phone even anywhere in the store was impossible, I kept reaching a phone center.

But the guy who received was polite and did the job.

New remote car starter

They took care of everything within the time they said it would be ready. Once I came to pick it up, they walked my daughter and I through how to use it. She loves it.

Car Installation

This is our second car that we take to this same Best Buy for a car alarm installation. This Best Buy store is really far away from us but we like the work they do.
