I am unable to speak to the product directly. The first one sent did not work. The installation team had to order a new unit. Then the installation department was so busy they couldn’t get me in four months so I am returning the unit.

GS called 2 days before installation to inform me the item I bought, with help from their web site, would not work on my vehicle. I was then told that I could get another model that would work, at the same price, but I would have to pick it up that night as the sale expired that day. I put my leg brace on and went to the store and bought the unit, I was told for the second time, that would work. Less than 2 days later I went to have it installed and they still weren't sure the model I had would work. By the way I checked and the unit I had was still on sale. A policy that makes a disabled veteran get out of his house at 8pm because your store can't hold an item for 2 days needs to be changed.

It has been 3 weeks since I bought my car starter and I still have 9 days to go before it gets installed. A month for installation is way to long in my opinion. Not a happy camper.

takes awhile to get anything booked or get ahold of anyone but overall end product was much better then doing myself

2018-03-02 21:01 I been thinking of getting a Remote Start every time I have to go out to a COLD car. Good Price, & good install. Really enjoyed the last few days.

I got the auto start installed and had to take it back because it wouldn't work for distance although it said 800 ft...it was relocated and it still doesn't work!

Not a great experience this time ...spent 6 hours installing on an older bmw... no price adjustment offered... it should’ve taken no more than 3 hours

Best Buy broke my car during the installation in October. Its now December and my car is still broke. Products work great once your car isn't broke.

I keep checking every where else says they can install but that would mean paying another installation charge. They tell me the don't have the information to install

Idk how it works yet no one is giving me info on how to get in installed and I even payed for it so if anyone can help I would appreciate it a lot

Range isn't as long as it says n doesn't always start my truck took half a day to put in but friendly installer

The Canary Indoor Wireless Full HD All-In-One Home Security System worked great inside my home, but did not work well as soon as I left the house.

I would give this a much better rating but it took the Best Buy team about 7 hrs to install one of my automatic starters. They told me about 2.5 hrs and because of this plans had to be changed and pretty much threw the day into chaos. The Mechanic was able to get one of my vehicles in slightly earlier but that still doesn't make up for the extra 4 1/2 hrs it took for the other vehicle. The lapse in communication I hope doesn't happen again

As I said it works but 800 feet? Not even close. More like 80. Best Buy was great. The people were great. The product? Not so much

The product wasn't what I thought it would be. The installer did not explain some things I need to know.

There is nothing wrong with the product, but not happy with the installation. It wasn’t perfect or near perfect

Did a nice job with the instalation of the viper alarm. Couldnt do tne auto door locks.

Installation service/ geek squad was out of the parts and refused to have any alternative solution for 2 weeks. I drove to another Best Buy and back in an hour, barely kept my appointment, and now have a poopy car starter that doesn’t seem to even function properly. I need to get it inspected, but am not ready to go back to poor service yet

Very knowledgeable person. Suggested me few things which I was not aware of.

I was to get it installed next week and that got moved another week.
