The remote start is great, but was disappointed with the service I received for the installation at the Wilson, NC location.

I scheduled to have a remote starter I bought as a Christmas gift installed in my daughter's car per the instructions in an email. The morning of my daughter's appointment, 3 weeks after I purchased, she was notified as she was driving the 45 minutes to get there. She was told she would have to reschedule due to over scheduling. Reluctantly she did, which would be 3 weeks later. 2 days before her 2nd appointment she was notified that they couldn't install the starter due to that Best Buy doesn't do installations any longer. She had to reschedule with the other Best Buy on the other side of the city. 3 weeks later we are headed to her appointment and she receives a call saying she missed her appointment. Someone put her in the wrong time slot, so they stated that she would have to reschedule. I'm at my witts end and trying to hole it together. Thankfully after explaining my daughters story the guy decided to "sqeeze" her in. I took over 2 months to get her starter installed. I will never have Best Buy install anything else for me or my family.

Already have one and bought this as a gift for someone always happy with my Sony product

if you purchases something and get the free install thats a win win because they always do a professional job.
