I purchased a remote start with installation online from Best Buy.com in December 2016. It was installed in January 2017. Upon installation, I noticed that the arms for the windshield wipers were not working. The reason why they were not working is b/c the casing that holds the steering wheel was installed crooked. I called the store and spoke to a manager who offered zero empathy or even said anything about the inconvenience. Went back to the store the next day, only to be given the car back in the same condition. After returning it a second time, the tech admitted that the casing was broken and offered to order the parts and installing them correctly. This would now be the third time that I have to miss work and drive 30 minutes each way to this store to have this issue corrected. The casing was installed and on my way I went. Two weeks later I realized that the casing is once again falling apart. Decided that, at this point, I needed to speak with someone who could really help me. Was I in for a surprise! The Best Buy 800 number cannot do anything for me. There is no where on their website to enter a complaint. Called the store again and spoke with a manager who offered zero empathy or help, again. Customer service from Best Buy is the worst I have ever seen in my life! I will never purchase another product from this company ever again!!!
