    I have no idea if this starter works or not. I bought it back in December but Best Buy cannot install it until February.

    Can't provide a review. Item was sold with installation included. So far no Best Buy in my area can or will install the system. So I will be returning the system.

    I purchased a remote car starter and have called the Monroe, NY store multiple times trying to just set up installation and it has been a complete pain!!

    Most of the Best Buys in my area no longer install car alarms. So buying the Viiper alarm system with installation included was a waste of time and money.

    Really haven't been happy with the service from geek squad. Wish there was another option but installation came with purchase so has to do it.

    Had my car for 12 hours broke a fuse needed to keep car overnight inconvenience my wife for work had to get Uber and all you gave us was 50$

    I had to return the product and installation once I got to the store after finding out I needed a special T harness from manufacturer of the remote starter key after I arrived for my appointment. The rep from Best Buy and I could not find this harness required for installation on my car (Hyundai Genesis) on the web. Also, the Autotech agent informed me my car would take a full day like 6 to 7 hours for the installation, which is double the estimate for standard installation. I would prefer to be better informed next time before I make a decision to make a purchase like this one. Trying to return this service and the kit was also a hassle as Best Buy reps had difficulty trying to refund both the kit and the service under the same order number. They had to do some manual return procedures where they returned the kit and the service back to my card and give me cash for the sales tax as that couldn't be done in a single transaction. Overall, I spent 40 minutes at Best Buy store for nothing. Very disappointed.

    Couldn't get in touch with the installation dept. It took 5days until I get in touch with anyone. They were 4 weeks out to install a remote start

    The tech didn’t know what he was doing, turning a two appointment into keeping my car all day. I pick my car up the next day around noon

    May be a great product but if you can’t get Geek squad to set up a time to install it then it is completely useless.
