    Associate was very friendly. He was knowledgeable. Received my item back the very next day. Was quoted 5-7 days.

    This is BS I took my daughter's ipad here in July 23, 2021 the recipe and the person who took it in days it would be no more then 7 days today is Aug 13, 2021 I haven't got my ipad back and Everytime I call they give me no information besides.. "we don't know how long it will take" or "call this number" is all BS I hope someone from best buy/geek squad will read this and help me resolve this issue..

    Horrible Service

    We had a broken iPad screen. Made appt at Best Buy and had to pay for replacement. Was told it was going to take 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later, no call or any contact. Try calling Best Buy and it’s a national number that says someone will call back. Come to the store, wait 30 minutes for them to say it’a an apple problem and that they opened a ticket.

    Extremely poor communication with no way to contact geek squad. First info given was incorrect. Now I wait. It has been two weeks and still iPad has not been fixed and returned to us. Online communication does not work. Peoria has yet to get any of my messages; already had three trips in there to hear conflicting information.

    After roughly 4 weeks of waiting, I have still not received my Ipad replacement. The service at geek squad is very slow and provides very little information about the status of the repair. It’s hard to review a product I’ve haven’t received.
