    I enjoy drinking filtered water from our fridge and this filter always provides clear and clean drinking water. Wish GE could get the price down a bit as we replace this once every three months at 50.00 every time.

    I bought a house in which the previous owner left 3 generic refrigerator water filters for me. When it came time to change the water filter NONE of the three new generic filters worked. I even contacted the manufacturer but had little success. So I decided to try the GE brand filter before calling in for service repair. Upon installing the GE filter I had instant success. So I recommend not to skip corners for a "cheaper" price. Stick with a name brand.

    These filters are getting harder and harder to find locally. I can always trust Best Buy to have a few on hand and with the free shipping its a no brainer. I was reviewing the same product at the big-monster Online store and it was so hard to see if it was the real product or another copy-cat overseas product AND more expensive. RIDICULOUS!!!

    Seems to work well and OEM, unlike the fake ones over the web. I feel more confident using it, knowing that it is OEM. Price is reasonable

    Water tastes good and crisp. Make sure you don’t drink the 1st 3 gallons or so though. Gotta let it clear out a bit
