    Its been a good refridgerator and the filter works well, but, like computer printer ink, it has to be replaced a lot. Can be a little costly.

    It was surprising to find this item at Best Buy but I found next to the appliance area. This is a manufacturer replacement filter so you can trust that it will be easy to install and replace older filter. Once installed we once again enjoy cold water without the red light warning of needed filter. Overall the price is the same as other retailers. I would recommend sticking with this manufacturer filter rather than a generic model.
