This product works as designed and usually longer. The Samsung refridgerator "reminds" you to change the filter after six months but it usually lasts nine-twelve months.

These filters work great. They do what you would expect them to do. However, it is amazing how expensive these things are. They shuoldn't cost $40-$50 a pop.

Luckily the filter still works well even though they changed the notches on the side....I always purchase the same model too

Not much to say for this type of product. It easily screwed in & appears to be working fine.

I have been using this filter for ten years on my Samsung fridge. We change it every six months. Never had a problem, and water quality has been clear of carbon.

Very easy filter to exchange in the fridge. There is a sticker to put on the filter to remember when you replaced it so that you can be prepared. Best Buy always has them in stock....

I bought this original filter for my Samsung. The quality of the water that I dink is excellent. In addition Best Buy match the price with other store.

I have been using this product for years and it works really well. It fits in my refrigerator without any issues and lasts for a long time.

since i bought my refrigerator , each 6 months i need to change this kind of filter, and this filter in particular is a very good product , i recomenden and i trust it

I have used these water filters for the four years that I have owned my Samsung refrigerator and have never had a problem. The are easy to remove and easy to install.

This filter seems to work well but only last 5 months instead of 6 months.Water does taste good but I also have a water softener in addition to the refrigerator filter.

The water taste much better than water from the tap. It works well and for a decent amount of time before the refrigerator lets us know it needs to be changed out.

Can taste the difference when it's time to replace this filter. Not sure of what exactly it filters out but there is a difference in the flavor of the water and ice.

My fridge will not work without it so I have to replace this $50 filter every six months or so. Water tastes fine so I guess it does it’s job?

The filter does a good job of removing impurities from tap water. I do think the filter is expensive. The filter is supposed to last 6 months and the last one only lasted 5 months.

I love how I can just walk in at Best Buy and they have them immediately available. Overall I'm glad I bought a Samsung fridge. Great quality and filter was easy to install.
