    ***READ THIS! Problem: New filter locking design wouldn't fit my old Samsung refrigerator. Fix: Ended up using a box cutter/xacto knife tor replicate the locking design of my old purchased filter. This go in line with other's comment where they had to make the cut in order for their new filter to fit in to their fridge. I saw comments by samsung guiding customers how to make your fridge allow new filter design to fit in. My gripe with that is I have used all my strength to the point I feel like I'm going to break where the filter goes in. BE CAREFUL.
