    I don't know if is the fault of the fridge's design or the filter but it's near impossible to reach the far back of the ceiling of the fridge to remove and install ..And it's not any easier to turn the filter counter/clockwise. Maybe a design that doesn't require all your might and a better location for the filter would make this task less of a peeve.

    I have to say this, with this fiter the water taste is the same as the sink water I was expecting the taste of the water like bottle water with this filter, but nahaaa doesn't do anything like that, so what's the purpose of buying this much expensive filter, sorry I am not happy with it.
