Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After replacing my Samsung refrigerator and purchasing a beautiful new one, I attempted to cancel my water filter subscription. I was bounced back and forth between Best Buy and Samsung, neither able to cancel the subscription. I had no use for them since they dont’t fit the new refrigerator. Finally, I took them back to my local Best Buy, and the staff there graciously took them back and credited my account. The staff at the Macedonia, Ohio store, especially the Geek Squad, is wonderfully knowledgeable and gracious.
