    Be careful buying this replacement filter. It may not actually fit into your refrigerator. Samsung redesigned the filter to create a better seal (we never had any problems) and in so doing made aligning the filter in the holder very difficult. I was on the phone with Samsung for two hours trying to solve the problem to no avail. Got a third party version that fits and works fine

    Best Buy Auto Subscriptiion is Terrible!

    This filter is crap, Samsung changed vendors and this no longer fits - and Samsung will not fix the issue. Never buying a Samsung fridge again! Now I have called Best Buy at least 3 times to cancel this and yet it still keeps shipping! Customer service is totally useless and and now they guy tells me I need to go to a store to cancel. Well that is super inconvenient - think someone would have mentioned that the first 2 times I called! I will not make that mistake again!

    The groves on the filter does not match up exactly with the Samsung refrigerator I have even though it's correct model recommended. Was unable to install as is.

    Old Model Worked Better

    The original cartridge for my refrigerator was DA29-00003G. Ever since Samsung replaced it with this cartridge, the water flow has been very slow. I put a new filter in last week and I got a small gush of water then it went to a fast drip. It takes a very long time to fill a glass. I was supposed to run 3 quarts of water through the new filter before drinking but I’m still working on that.

    Bought it early so I’d have it when needed. This new one DOESN’T FIT! Had it too long to return it so I’m out $50! Doesn’t say anything on the box about a newer design and there aren’t any others on the site for the older models except the BB brand which doesn’t filter well.

    Replaced filter and water in door no longer operat

    I think the filter works work fine but there is a problem with the water line. Water does not come out of the spigot but ice still does. Can't find a local repair person to even work on it. I probably will not but Samsung appliances again

    Hard to remove and install

    I replace this filter every six months as recommended. Every time it is hard to get off and even harder to get on. This last time it even leaked after installation so I had to take it off AGAIN and tighten it back up.
