    This is a purchase to replace the water filter on an existing Samsung refrigerator. The product code matched the required filter. It did not fit. I had to buy an off brand from another store. The Best 'Buy employee we approaced said it wasn't his or Best Buy's problem.

    This filter was made by Samsung for Samsung fridge. The filter will not fit. Best Buy will allow return, k owning this is bad product from Samsung. Stop carrying it! I don’t recommend this product and I will not shop at Best Buy again

    It said it would fit my samsung refridgerator, but when i took it home and tried to install it, it would not fit. Apparently samsung redesigned the filter so it doesnt fit the old models.

    Salesman gave/sold me the incorrect product! As the change filter light would not go off when I installed the new filter from Best Buy. I went to Home Depot and they sold the one that would work!

    This water filter did not fit in my Samsung refrigerator. It is labeled that it would. I am very disappointed. I bought it just before the “stay at home” order. I have not been able to take it back.

    This product was changed and no longer for my fridge. Why would Samsung do that to customers. I had to order from another source.

    Have not succeeded installing this filter. Have had this model previously without problem (still have instructions and installation date.) The last filter purchased was from an after market manufacturer--also without problem.

    These do not work on a Samsung bought in 2016. The Insignia filter does work. Fitting design on Samsung has right angle and Insignia has 45degree fitting design.

    Samsung changed the way they make these filters. They do not fit the refrigerator. Had to return the product. Do not buy.

    The filter with the new fridge was awful, extreme chemical taste, had to remove it. The one I purchased was better, but still the water has a hint of chemical taste. Deeply disappointed in Samsung, not to mention that the filter is expensive.
