A good item to have has a collection cant complain

I’m a big fan of Resident evil serie this case looks awesome.

It's a great case but kinda basic in the back but whatever

I preordered the game before the steelbook was revealed and it was never put knto my order i spoke with someone and was told id still be getting it. Well that was a lie i had to put it separately. Dont know if ill pre order from best buy again.

I purchased resident evil 4 remake expecting a steel case as well but it only got the game. Im wondering where the steel case is. Why are you guys saying that with the purchase we would get a steel case but you don't even have enough for everyone.

I had my pre-order placed the day they dropped the steelbook bonus, along with a few other games on the SAME order. Everything else on the order went through and arrived on time, but best buy sent me an e-mail stating that my payment method wouldn’t process for Resident Evil. Called them up twice and the first employee said it was an issue with my bank, which wasn’t true because the second employee i talked to ran my card again and it went through just fine. Unfortunately i did not get the steelbook because i had cancelled and reordered the game before calling them a second time. If the first lady i talked to had simply ran my credit card again i would have gotten the steelbook, which was the reason i pre-ordered in the first place.

Crazy my preorder got canceled saying you guys couldnt process my order. So I preordered it again using the same bestbuy credit card and went through with no problem! You guys screwed me out of my steel book thanks a lot!

These were removed from pre order which was a stuoid idea. Not to mention how we wont recieve and more points for any purchases; i will no longer be buying my video games, consoles and accessories at at Best Buy

I preordered resident evil 4 remake and the steelbook case supposed to be free with the games pre-order once I went to pick it up I didn’t get one and this is the second time this happened to me when I pre-ordered a game at best buy. I’m very disappointed in Best Buy.

Was suppose to get this with my RE4 pre-order, but apparently they only made like 5 so I didn't get one. Why have a pre-order if your not going to make enough to even cover the pre-orders? Feel so cheated.

Seriously?? I pre-ordered the game and it didn't come with the steelbook like it was supposed to. Then when I questioned the manager they said they had no idea what I was talking about, too bad I can't rate this 0 stars to match the amount of this steelbook I received

Was told only thru pre order which i was trying to but never saw it pop up in my cart such a scam for us fans to get nothing in the end then try to charge for it.

I pre-ordered from next buy for the steelbook and received nothing. Done shopping here
