If Milla Jovovich wasn't reason enough to watch this movie the action and suspense will be. 3rd in the series the action keeps up with the others and you learn more and more about the storyline. Not a disappointment.

All the cons make for a great pro in the next sequel. Die hard Resident Evil fan. Own all the games for every system released including the rereleases. Offered a good outlook but could have been more game like.

i wanted to see this when it came out and i am glad i did not but i still think it is a good movie and is worth seeing but you should buy it just to further you resident evil colection

Well the third time is not the charm becouse not only do you have a kid named after a shopping center but well there's holes in this story and well there's a kid name K-mart---seriously what's the name of the next person going to be in the next film Wall-Mart or I got idea how about a young man with a flamethrower named 7-11...sorry getting of track here---anyway the film is fair to say at most I just hope they do a better job in the next film cause having a character named after a retail store isn't going to cut it.

It's daring in the sense that most of the horror takes place during daylight. The film introduction of some key characters in the Resident Evil universe is nice to see. Even though the zombies are supposed to me more evolved, they're boring and all look relatively the same. This wasn't anything too worthy of the RE name, and some plot points just don't seem to fit with the mythology. The image and sound quality are excellent, but the extras aren't anything too great.

I have been a fan of the Resident Evil series for years; both game and movies. I know that the movie doesn’t follow the game but I think it was a good adaptation of the over all premises of the game. Basically this movie picks up a few years after Resident Evil 2. The world was over run but the t-virus and almost all plants and animal life was eradicated. Very few have survived and those who have are looking for a place on earth that isn’t infected. Alice is on the run by herself because the Umbrella Corporation never stopped looking for her. She runs into her friends and they tell her that they are trying to make it to Alaska because they hear roomers that the virus hasn’t made it that far. The problem is they need a lot of fuel to get there and they have drained all the fueling stations in small towns. Alice decides to help then get the fuel they need and then leave on her own again because she feels she will put the group in danger because the Umbrella Corporation is relentless in their pursuit of her. Unfortunately she is too late and the Umbrella Corporation is all ready on her trail. The movie itself was done very well. Acting, CGI, directing… all very good. The down fall of this movie was the writes. The plot has holes; the lines are not memorable; the story just doesn’t flow very well. Resident Evil 4 could be great but they defiantly need to fire the writes.

There is no doubt there is going be a forth one, this movie answer some question about the last two videos. Very good, You will love this movie.

this is my favorite resident evil movie ever. The whole thing was awsome. the plot was just out of this world it was that good.

This film has some great special effects, and is perfect if you want to just "get away" from it all for a couple hours.

I love this movie. It is full of action and Alice kicks butt. This movie isn't really for kids but adults will love it.

I don't know why I keep going to see this series because after the first one, none of the following movies have lived up to the expectations. Great CGI and some what of a good plot, but still doesn't close to the first one. And why was Ashanti in the movie, she doesn't have any pull to get people to come see this? Just another weak version of zombie series gone bad

This is a great end to the Trilogy. I can not wait too see it in Hi def. Milla is amazing once again!!!

I thought the third movie in the series was just ok. I am not familiar with the plot line in relation to the video game, or if it follows any of the games at all, but I feel like maybe there should have been a movie in between the second and this one. I would deffinately rent it as it was decent, but I would not purchase unless you are a fan.

The Movie Resident Evil: Extinction Was A Pretty Good Movie

although, I did like the movie, it was not that great. I think I only liked it because I like the series itself. I would reccomend this movie, only too people who like the 1st and 2nd movie, as for if you try and jump right into this one, it will not be that great.

THIS MOVIE WAS OKAY BECAUSE I LIKED THE ZOMBIES BUT THERE WASN'T ENOUGH OF THEM-RESIDENT EVILS ARE NOT THAT GREAT TO BEGIN WITH BUT THIS ONE REALLY LET ME DOWN.THE BEST ONE IS THE FIRST RESIDENT EVIL -AFTER THAT THEY ARE WORSE AND WORSE.

This movie wasn't that good but it had a lot of action in it and everything. Too many of the cool people died in this one and that made it really lame. It's cool how they had a Tyrant in there.

This one was loaded with all the action and suspense as the others did. I don't know it was just missing a certain element, but about all it was still good.

The first Resident Evil was great. The second one was good. This third one sucks. They barely made an effort in writing this movie. They kept using the same "underground hive" scene; it was like they didn't have any other material to shoot. Disappointing on the story and how it played out. I know this sounds like I am setting myself up for disappointment again, but they ended this movie in an interesting way, so the next one could be good?
