Why does anyone need to review this

I don't understand these and why the are not actually in the package of the game anymore. Why are they on the shelves in stores and when I ask how much they are or price check people are baffled that work there. I don't know what to say other that thanks for .5 recycling tin or someone might be such a fan to pay extra for trash
