adorable but only lasts less than a month

My child has multiple disabilities and only uses her devices when secured in a chair and is always supervised, so I know they weren't misused.

Great Headphones

She does not like earbuds and goes through headphones like crazy - usually the wire gets crimped or the earpiece comes apart. These have lasted very well and the retractable wire is a definitely plus. Our daughter says they are quieter than her other headphones, which to us is a plus so she is not blasting her eardrums.

The cord did not retract after the first day and within 1 week the item stopped working. Best Buy was great with the return and provided us with a replacement which we are treating very delicately.
