Broke within two weeks

On New Year's day she informed me that they no longer worked and she was unable to return them because I was not a member of My Best Buy. I can tell you if this is how best buy operates I will never purchase from you again. I'm still waiting to hear if they were more successful going to the store directly for the return. Very disappointed in this product!

Cheap Product
