My daughter had these headphones for a week, and the sound went out in one side. A freaking week, and they broke. Thankfully I was able to exchange them for a different, more expensive set.

These were cute and my daughter loved the look of them but they worked for less than 24 hours and now they're just cute "ear muffs" for her. There's no sound at all in the speakers.

These are very cute..My grandaughter really loved them.But they are not working..I need to return them.I only get to mentor once in awhile.I hope i can still return them

the retractable cord outlasted the quality of sound. The cable went bad after just a week of use, disappointed to say the least.

Sound is low, cheaply made. Unicorn didn’t look like picture, heavy for a kid or even an adult, no volume control, junk.. stay away!!

Second one and it's wire doesn't reel up right and it you pull even slightly it breaks connection. Only bought it twice because my daughter liked it and cried.

Child couldn't even hear on her iPad at all. Worst product ever. Adorable to look at but not a usable product at all. It was expensive set of ear warmers

Sound would only come through one speaker and was so low you could not hardly hear it. I returned it to the store.

I decided to buy them for my daughter since they are so adorable. They worked for a few minutes and then the sound would go in and out. They do not work!

One speaker didn't work after one week. We tried moving around the cord and then it would co.e on and then it was all muffled up so we gave up.

Took it out of package and didn't work! Didn't keep receipt but I'd like to assume they will exchange it.

Bought this product twice because they were so cute. Both times the volume went out within a few weeks. Would not buy again.

The retractable wire connectable breaks very easily. My daughter had it for 1 week and 1 side of the headphone stop working.

So quiet my daughter and I have trouble hearing anything we play. It may be the sound safety feature, but it is just too quiet for us.

Wire breaks within days of buying. I have been through at lease 4 pairs. All the different animals. Wire does same on all.

I don’t like this item because of the quality of the sound. I bought it for gift and it was broken after 2 weeks.

You can not turn up to hear...it's just one set volume which is very low....it no longer works, it was not a good product for me..

It stoped working for no appearing reason after 3-4 days. The wire on it is so thin I wouldn’t recommend it for kids.

These headphones are horrible! My daughter bought them with her birthday money and two weeks later, the did work. No sound.

I only recommend for a typical child, the cord is very thin and my special needs child is at risk of strangling himself.
