Handle made of light plastic. Not able to handle a larger phone (size or weight).

Has trouble connecting to the Bluetooth and only lasted a number of uses and then stopped working

I like everything about it but the only thing i hate is the knob which actually holds the phone.

after two days use，the shot buttom not working anynore.

Worked great for the the first few times I used it, then some little screw came loose, different parts of it fell to ground and broke. Thank goodness my phone was not attached at that time! Went to a well-known discount store to buy another one (at less than half-price), that has worked perfectly

We were disappointed with this purchase. I wish we would have researched a little more.

We bought the selfie stick for a trip to Europe. When we arrived it was broken.

bought this without doing research. poorly constructed plastic connector broke after just a 5 or 6 uses. disappointed with the quality given the cost relative to other sticks you can find online. had to throw this one away. ordered new one at online retailer for same price but more features

Pretty disappointed. It's kinda flimsy and it doesn't connect via bluetooth very well.

I got this item because I thought it's compatible for my new iPhone 7 but it wasn't.

Pieces came off easily and the selfie stick is not universal (as advertised). It doesn't fit my Samsung Note 8. I'd return it, but my cat unfortunately chewed the box it came in. If you're looking for a cheap selfie stick for a small phone, this may be a good deal for you.

Still can't figure out how to get it to work and the directions are not very helpful!

I bought this and maybe was my fault for never tryed as soon I bought but week after 2 months when I decided open the box and start using in my iPhone, never works I though that I didn't know how to used, but it really doesn't works I tryed using YouTube help and I asked at 3 of my friends And never work

The cel probably go down, cephone bracket is too slowly

This is not so great, this product has been made with cheap material

Does not work if tou have a lifeproof or otterbox case on your iphone 7 plus

This selfie stick never worked for me, I bought this product for my Yosemite trip as in person from the best buy store but it is not clicking any photos. I would like to see if there are options of getting this repaired from the manufacturer. It is in new condition.

This Bluetooth selfie stick could connect to my iPhone X but by the time I went to take a picture, it had already disconnected. I tried everything to get it to stay connected but it wouldn’t work. We bought this a few days before going on a trip to Jamaica and were stuck with a stick- no selfies!
