This "selfie" stick is actually being used in conjunction with a GoPro camera as well as the smart phone it is manufactured to hold in place. For the video projects we are currently working on it has proven to be an invaluable assest for "ease of use" application and certainly its steadycam principles are outstanding.

The ReTrak Bluetooth Selfie Stick has 2 attributes that I really like. 1. It works. 2. It uses bluetooth to trigger the camera. No goofy cord that you have to plug into the camera for it to work. Just press the trigger on the selfie stick handle.

After laughing at all the other 'idiots' with selfie sticks, my son got one for me for Father's day. I guess he saw how awkward my selfies were and decided I needed help. This works pretty slick with the Bluetooth connection. The first few selfies came out great.

I love the fact that this is cordless by means of using Bluetooth and since Best Buy did a price match with Amazon it's cost was very good. The only thing was that the stick itself is very stiff and difficult to extend. Hopefully with time this will get easier.
