Cheap Plastic- Syncs easily

The stick itself functioned well and connected to my phone very quickly, however the plastic mount broke before the trip had even ended. Overall disappointed

It paired with my iPhone 7 effortlessly, and snapped photos right off. It even worked right out of the box, no charging needed before first use which was nice. The physical mechanics of the selfie stick worked well for the price. No complaints

Stick is fine; BlueTooth won't work

Left voicemails with the manufacturer (cannot get a live person) and none were returned. Bad! Best Buy's customer service couldn't do a darn thing. The only good thing is that it was half off and I had a coupon and the stick works, so I kept it. But I wouldn't buy ANYTHING this junkie manufacturer sells and I will never trust Best Buy to stand behind what they sell.

Gets the job done while it lasts

This is the only selfie stick BB offers so I reupped. Woke great until it doesn’t.
