The item is pretty good, it does what it suppose to do.

Had to buy a second stick after the first one snapped.

This is a terrible product and the bluetooth doesn't work.

My device was broken and I feel that this was overpriced.

Easy to use but it broke after my first try using it! Returned it with no issue though :) I recommend spending a couple more $$ for a studier one

It will hold the phone, but only perfectly level. If you tilt it at all, the spring in the top clamp that holds the phone to the stick is too weak and will slide out. Glad we figured this out in our house instead of in the wild.

We needed a bluetooth selfie stick for a two week trip. The device worked great for two weeks, then broke the last day of the trip. It was cheap and we got what we needed from it. That said, don't expect it to last long.

This selfie stick died after 1 month. And I only used it for one 3-day trip. It couldn't charge anymore. It was a waste of money. I would not recommend this.

Tried this with my wife's IPhone XS Max, and it dint work as expected. Every time you press the selfie stick button to click a picture, it would take pictures in burst mode.

Over engineered with poor easy of operation. Don't buy

The plastic mounting frame attaches to the metal extension boom with a stamped crimp. It comes loose and wobbles if you pull the frame to extend the boom. Plastic handle on the boom moves out of place impeding operation of the start/stop button.

I planned a trip and last minute I realized to buy on Selfie stick. I rushed to BB stores, there was not much more option available, so I end up picking this. As soon as I came back and try with my phone it was not working. As I dint had time I thought I will return back after returning from my trip but when I came back and took that to store they said cannot be return because mobile accessories has 15 days return policy. So that was a miss from my side so cannot blame BB. But that quality was so bad, you will regret purchasing as soon as you open it. So NOT recommendable to anyone.

Purchased the selfie stick. It was Bluetooth compatible. It paired with the phone but would not work. I returned it. They offered another one but I declined.

1. I have iPhone 6 plus in the case and it's not properly fit in the holder. 2. After extending a stick for full length it's fill very flimsily. 3. Bluetooth connectivity is a big hassle. its up and down all the time.

Purchased for a friend fir a vacation. Didn't hold her phone well, so she was unable to get much use from it due to fear of dropping and damaging the phone.

My son has begged for a selfie stick and we bought this one on sale. It was not worth the 9.99 it cost. It won't hold the phone tightly and the screw at the base that keeps the phone straight constantly turns.

I thought I had purchased a decent selfie stick for my international trip but within two days of using it, the bottom grip broke and was irreparable.

I bought it to use on my Anniversary trip to Italy, France and Spain and it broke the first time I went to put my phone in it! Very disappointing! Very cheaply made product!

Had trouble at 1st because the screws holding down the camera holder were too short. Had to replace either longer screws and it finally help together. Overall, it was ok
