The selfie stick is good for the price of $8. One thing to note is that the socket that holds the phone might become loose if the phone is heavy or one is using a heavy otterbox cover on the phone.

This product is good for the price but the quality is not that great. The rubber handle keeps moving so the press button does not worked once it moved. It does not stay where it should be.

Not good product.I used it during our vacation but disappointing the button did not work so we were not able to use it.

this selfie stick looks clumsy and fragile. Also, the push button intended for clicking is not at the place where it is indicataed it to be, it is way down . I returned the item, next day.

Didn't pair with android phones. Did pair with iPhone. Worked the first time. Then it took 30 pictures every time after that. Really pathetic

We have been trying to get this device to pair with my phone since Christmas. Followed directions but no luck. Will be going back to Best Buy for assistance.

I purchased this item during black friday deal and initial week it worked fine then the bluetooth was not connecting at all. Hopefully I return it and get a new one and it works.

Not upto the mark. The features are good as mentioned in the description but the quality is poor. The phone holding case broke on day 1 after I started using it.

The stick itself is a great value for what you get. Except for one major flaw: no retaining strap. I now own a GoPro approximately 100 ft. underwater off the South point of Hawaii.

This was a very inexpensive selfie stick. It is hard to use and will not make a picture first try. You have to keep trying it to make it work. By then the picture is lost.

This product is made of cheap material. If you have a Galaxy Note with an Otterbox case it won't fit even expanding the support to the maximum.

I used it for 2 hrs and it was dead! I took it to the vacation but before I reached the destination, it was dead!

Please don't buy this. I took this as I don't have a 3.5mm jack for my phone but the connection just doesn't work.

Needed to use some super glue to keep the tightening nut in place after it popped out first day but work great after that

This selfie stick broke before I could use it. The plastic is very cheap and not worth buying.

My daughter said it never worked the charger for the battery didn't work it was too late for us to return it

It is suitable only for lighter weight Phone’s, For iPhone X due to it’s weight it is not strong enough to hold phone

Do Not buy this product. Even the manufacturer is aware that the product does not function. They've added a sticker on it that urges you not to return it if it doesnt work, and gives you instructions on what to do instead. The instructions don't work either. Bestbuy shouldn't carry this product. We bought the Insignia instead and it works fine. Similar price.

Okay. The handle broke after a few uses and it is unable to hold large/heavy phones

Purchased this item at the Best Buy store. Had a stick but wanted to try wireless stick. Charged the stick as instructed, connected my phone, attempted to take a picture but nothing happened. Stick came with picture directions which were not helpful. The stick was large and does not collapse small enough to fit in a pocket. I plan to return this item and go back to my pocket size, albeit wired selfie stick.
