When the package arrived, the parts were lose so the entire product was detached. I tried fixing it but it won’t get attached to what the product look like. I am disappointed to say about this product.

Wouldn't recommend. Had trouble getting it to work.

Plastic threads would not hold screws on phone attachment. They kept getting loose. Finally the threads got worn out from constant re-tightening, so now my phone is wobbly on the selfish stick. When I connected my USB connection to charge it, it broke into the handle.

Item works okay.. Bluetooth could have been better

Lasted less than a day before one of the screws came loose and would never hold the base together. Struggled holding it together for the day we really needed it and then threw it away. We weren't anywhere near a BB to return.

I tried it the night I got home, it broke, went to have it replaced at one of your stores, denied, since I was told it was not a mechanical problem. Throw it away, a big loss since I was supposed to bring it to my travel to Europe.

Looks like it would be great, but it's simply built too cheap. The pole itself is so thin it causes the phone to wobble and shake during use. I would not purchase this again or recommend it for even recreational use.

Very feeble material and would not support the weight of my Iphone 7. Could not use with the case installed on my phone. When extended, the stick began to bend with the weight of the phone. Not a very well designed product.

I bought this product for a wedding( Oct. 12) I was attending and it basically fell apart. Will certainly b returning this product and hopefully be able to purchase a different brand.

I took this on vacation and I used it for the first time, I tried to put my phone in it, and the holder broke off. I would not recommend this, you should get a higher quality one.

Bluetooth didn't work most of the time so couldn't take picture when ready. I have a iPhone 7 and it kept falling off the holder. It was not secure and if you barley touched phone it would pop off the holder.

I bought this item but didn't open it right away, by the time I did it was too late to take it back. Didn't work, would not sync with my iPhone. Its a cheaply made piece of junk.

The shutter release button didn't work properly. After press and release several additional pictures were taken. Button returned to original position but camera kept taking pictures. Flimsy extension rod.

I looked at this selfie stick up before I bought it and it seem to have good reviews but when it arrived it was broken. After looking at the stick I don't think I would trust my $600 iPhone with it anyways

I bought to take on a vacation to California and it broke after the second day. Very disappointed as I had to carry this broken item around California in order to return it.

this unit is not staying connected with my i7 phone and when connected it makes my phone to take multiple pictures with one push of the button. HELP!!!! Does anyone have this and have same problems?

I really had hardtime with this selfie stick. It doesnt stand stiff and was always shaking. had issues with bluetooth connectivity as well. I am going to return this to the store.

This selfie stick is a little flimsy and doesn't hold up well, especially since smartphones are so big and heavy nowadays. It broke after a few uses.

Using my iphone with this product and then two shots or two clicks of pictures only the stick broken and damaging also my iphone because it fell on the pavement. OMG!

Bought it with the suggestion of the bestbuy staff. Used it once and it feels like my cell phone willl fall. it keep on moving slightly side to side when you hold it up. doesnt stay still.
