Bluetooth connection very easy and responsive. The rest worked as expected from a solid selfie stick.

i used it with my iPhone 7plus in a week long trip to Rome and it was great. bluetooth works great. only thing i noticed is the longer i stretched the stick, it seemed to be unstable so i kept it at a medium length to not drop my phone. overall great buy for the money.

It gets the job done and the Bluetooth connectivity works pretty smoothly.

Selfie stick was cheap so I said what the heck I'll try it. It charged well and worked well with my old but functional Samsung Galaxy S4. Yes, when it's extended it is of course a little shaky so you have to have a steady hand. This is basisc physics the longer you have it out the more pronounced the slightest movement is by the time it gets to the end. I saw where someone complained about this point is why I added it in. Stick worked well the first two times out and charged seamlessly. I didn't use it for a couple of weeks so I put it on charge just to be sure it was fully charged when I used it. The red light came on but stayed on and never went off indicating a full charge. I tried it while it was still plugged up but it wouldn't work. I even left it on charge over night then for a couple of days. Tried different cords everything. The stick will no longer charge.Sort of disappointed but glad it was only $10.00 lost. and not $30.00 . Seems to be a reoccurring problem from the reviews so I don't think I can recommend it. . Maybe I'll read the reviews on some other brands before I get another one.

Hate this product! The worst set up and instructions ever. I tried to set my Bluetooth up with it and it doesn't connect. I charged it and it keeps dying. I have my receipt and will be taking it back first thing tomorrow morning. Very unsatisfied with product.

I had bought this for my 12 year old cousin and she loves it!

This stick is long when extended, however when folded it is not very short so people need to be careful when carrying this around in their bag. Works well with iPhone and Android phone out of the box.

Got two of this selfie sticks today, both screws used to attach the stick to the iPhone support are defective, in one stick the iPhone won't stay fix, and in the other stick it won't attach at all. This is a very poor quality product.

This product is of poor quality. It lasted just 3 months (used in 1 trip). Charging is not working anymore. Complete waste of money. Rather go for non Bluetooth option

Works exactly as it should. My 1yo daughter loves it. It's simple enough for her to use it.

Great for family photos. Used the timer vs the Bluetooth but it did work.

ReTrak cannot be paired with iPhone 4 or 5c. Unable to reach technical support at ReTrak toll-free number. ReTrak website does not have downloadable manuals or adequate instructions for pairing of iPhones with their selfie stick. The selfie mount partially obscures the iPhone camera lens.

It won't pair with iphone 5 as advertised. The rubber started pealing with the first use.

I got this for my sister one was broken out of the box and the second one I got her broke the first time she put her phone in it! Cheap peace of plastic!! Do not buy Dynex brand is so much better!!!

The product itself seems decent. The plastic feels a bit cheap but for the price I guess that is expected. I had read some reviews saying it had issue with Google phones but thought I'd try it....should have listened...it will not pair with it... don't know if I blame the phone or the stick. We couldn't get it to pair with my friends Galaxy S8 either. Maybe just doesn't like Android. Bought a different brand off Amazon and it worked like a charm...so leaning towards this just not working well with Android.

ReTrack connected to IOS via bluetooth. Took one or two photos and turned off bluetooth. Later tried to connect via bluetooth and it would not and has not after many tries. Bluetooth light no longer illuminates, even after full battery charge. This item was a waste of money.
