Pretty simple but is what i needed

It took me all of 2 seconds to figure out how it worked. It comes with three adjustable nobs for the length and another one to adjust the angle of the device. Nice pictures with this gadget.

Replacement Stick

This Retrak selfie stick is much sturdier and has fared well as a go to tool and has traveled to 3 continents without fail.
