    I bought this a few days for a trip thinking simple and inexpensive but not even 2 days in use and the little plastic piece on the top that holds the phone came out (not broke) and my phone almost fell out 2-3 times, I decided to stop using the selfie stick before my phone broke. Product is ok for the price but case holding the phone is cheaply built.

    Very unstable. The grip frame doesn’t hold your phone stablly. It’s a struggle just to keep the phone straight enough to snap a photo. It came unassembled. Returning it ASAP. I give lots of Best Buy reviews. This inexpensive product has been the worst of my Best Buy purchases.

    When my family wanted to elongate the selfie stick to its maximum, the dock could not hold any of our phones up. We could've just used our arms if we wanted a close up selfie. It took the pictures fine and I like that you could connect without batteries but I was disappointed in not really being able to utilize this product to the fullest extent.
